3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

• Our utility acts solely as a technical proxy client, parsing public streaming manifests (HLS transport chunks) directly from SoundCloud's Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• Audio chunks are stitched and packaged into an MP3 or WAV container on-the-fly and streamed immediately to your client browser without being saved to permanent server storage.
• All intellectual property, trademarks, performance rights, and copyrights associated with any track belong exclusively to the original artists, composers, labels, or publishers who uploaded the content to SoundCloud.

4. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities
