By accessing and utilizing SC Downloader (referred to as "the website", "the service", "our tool", or "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Description of Service

SC Downloader provides a web-based, serverless utility that assists users in converting and downloading public audio streams hosted on SoundCloud into MP3 formats for personal, educational, and archival purposes. The service is entirely free of charge and does not require registration, user accounts, or installation of software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

SC Downloader does not own, host, re-upload, store, or distribute any media files or copyrighted audio content on its servers. When you request a download, our tool acts as a proxy client, resolving the public URL parameters and fetching the underlying digital audio fragments directly from SoundCloud's Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) on your behalf, stitching them on-the-fly inside your browser or proxy stream. All intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrights belong solely to the respective artists, creators, and record labels who published the content on SoundCloud.

4. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities

Your use of our service is strictly limited by the following guidelines:

• Personal Use Only: You may only convert and download audio files for personal, non-commercial, offline listening archives. Any commercial redistribution, broadcasting, or sale of downloaded media is strictly prohibited.
• Copyright Owner Permission: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the necessary rights, permissions, or license agreements from the copyright owner (the artist or creator) to download, save, or play the song offline. Many artists on SoundCloud release their music under Creative Commons licenses or explicitly authorize free downloads.
• No DRM Bypassing: You agree not to attempt to use this tool to bypass DRM (Digital Rights Management) systems, encryption layers, or geo-restrictions. Tracks that require active SoundCloud Go+ subscriptions are locked and cannot be processed by this service.

• The service will operate continuously, securely, or free from temporary interruptions or errors.
• SoundCloud will not modify its streaming APIs, rendering specific tracks or playlists temporarily or permanently incompatible with our parser.
• The quality of the transcoded audio will exceed the original upload bitrate hosted on the source CDN.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SC Downloader, its developers, or its serverless edge providers be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use this website. You assume full legal responsibility for the files you download and the manner in which you utilize them.

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service after modifications are published, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
